Seiling's Bryson Gore shines in return to football

Jacob Unruh

Seiling sophomore Bryson Gore hadn’t played a football game in three years, so some rust was expected Friday night.

Instead, he was flawless.

Gore accounted for four first-half touchdowns in Seiling’s 51-20 rout of Carnegie to open the season.

Gore, the younger brother of girls basketball stars Karly and Macy Gore, ran for 212 yards and three touchdowns. He also passes for 107 yards and a touchdown.

He then played just two second-half series.
