Here are the Week 1 Player of the Week candidates in no particular order:


Jeff Foreman (Del City) - Senior Arkansas State commit hauled in 10 receptions for 210 yards and two touchdowns. Also recorded a 60-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in Del City's 47-7 win over Bishop McGuinness.

Marcellus Owens (Guthrie) - Senior wideout had four catches for 164 yards and two touchdowns. On defense, he had a 71-yard interception return for a touchdown to go along with six tackles in Guthrie's 42-7 victory over Shawnee.

Qwontrel Walker (Stillwater) - Sophomore tailback had 275 yards and four touchdowns on 25 carries in Stillwater's 61-18 win over Edmond Memorial.

Jett Pitchford (Poteau) - Senior quarterback completed 17 of 27 passes for 400 yards and six touchdowns in the Pirates' 51-6 victory over Durant.

Daniel Howard (Millwood) - Senior cornerback had two interceptions on defense. On offense, he finished with 141 yards and three touchdowns in the Falcons' 30-20 win over Heritage Hall.

Jack Wright (Regent Prep) - Junior wide receiver hauled in five catches for 276 yards and four touchdowns. On defense, he had seven tackles and one sack in the Rams' 48-0 win over Prue.

Bristow Offensive Line - Fabian Bradford, Braden Fullbright, Matt Floyd, Brock Boomer, Calvin Chapman - Offensive line unit that allowed the Pirates to gain 601 yards on offense in Bristow’s 60-39 win over Cushing on Friday.



Honorable Mention

Zach Marcheselli (Broken Arrow) - Senior linebacker nine tackles, two tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry in the Tigers' 28-6 win over Mansfield (Texas)

Julian Clarke (Jenks) - Senor wideout had seven catches for 178 yards and one touchdown in the Trojans' 35-15 victory over Mansfield Legacy (Texas)
Garrett Pride (Altus) - Senior outside linebacker came up with eight tackles, one tackle for loss and one blocked extra point. On offense, the tailback had 88 yards and four touchdown on 11 carries in Altus' 45-35 victory over Lawton.
Brennan Presley (Bixby) - Junior cornerback had six tackles, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one interception on defense. On offense, Presley had six catches for 45 yards in the Spartans' 36-33 victory over Mansfield Timberview (Texas).
Johnathon Babineaux (Duncan) - Senor running back racked up 97 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries in the Demons' 31-7 win over Putnam City West. 
Jimmie Coleman (Muskogee) - Junior running back finished with 187 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries in the Roughers' 35-14 victory over McAlester.
Jai'Vion Dangerfield (Duncan) - Junior wide receiver had 130 yards and two touchdowns on three catches in Duncan's 31-7 victory over Putnam City West.
Jaxson Dohn (Skiatook) - Senior linebacker collected six tackles and had a fumble recovery in the Bulldogs' 26-0 victory over Glenpool.
Dae Dae Leathers (Tahlequah) - Junior running back ran for 164 yards and three touchdowns and also had three catches for 48 yards and a touchdown in the Tigers' 33-23 victory over Fort Gibson.
Ben Ward (Cleveland) - Sophomore quarterback completed 16 of 21 passes for six touchdowns in the Tigers' 42-12 win over Hominy.
Bryce Madron (Blanchard) - Junior running back had 159 yards and four touchdowns on 17 carries in the Lions' 50-13 win over Elgin.
C.J. McCall (Bristow) - Senior tailback was one of three 100-yard rushers for the Pirates, finishing with 145 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries in Bristow's 60-39 win over Cushing.
Wil Moyer (Cushin) - Junior quarterback completed 37 of 62 passes for 480 yards and six touchdowns in the Tigers' 60-39 loss to Bristow.
Dawson Jackson (Broken Bow) - Junior linebacker 14 tackles and a 53-yard interception return for a touchdown on defense. Added 37 rushing yards and a touchdown on offense in the Savages' 57-0 win over rival Idabel.
Jose Oritz (Catoosa) - Senior running back finished with 199 yards and five touchdowns on 14 carries in the Indians' 47-14 win over Sallisaw.
Dawson Neighbors (Hilldale) - Senior quarterback finished with 211 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries, and completed 12 of 13 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns in the Hornets' 54-7 win over Claremore Sequoyah.
Devin Hembry (Hilldale) - Senior running back had 127 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries in the Hornets' 54-7 victory over Claremore Sequoyah.
Daylon Simpson (Jay) - Junior quarterback/defensive back rushed for 152 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries. Also completed 8 of 11 passes for 95 yards. On defense, he had eight tackles and an interception in the Bulldogs' 23-14 win over Miami.

Easton Davis (Beggs) - Junior defensive end had 10 tackles and five sacks in the Demons' 47-0 win over Okmulgee.
Cody Ross (Berryhill) - Junior quarterback completed 14 of 21 passes for 182 yards and a touchdown. Also rushed for 154 yards and three touchdowns in the Chiefs' 38-24 win over Mannford.
Brad Hensley (Cascia Hall) - Senior wide receiver hauled in four catches for 126 yards and two touchdowns. On defense, he had an interception in the Commandos' 23-20 overtime win over Holland Hall.
Sam Brueggemann (Lincoln Christian) - Junior wide receiver caught four passes for 210 yards and two touchdowns in the Bulldogs' 34-19 win over Jones.
Jack Grimmett (Pauls Valley) - Senior quarterback ran 20 times for 175 yards and two touchdowns. Also had 10 tackles on defense in Pauls Valley's 34-14 win over Oklahoma Christian School.
Beau Teel (Sperry) - Senior quarterback completed 10 of 16 passes for 250 yards and four touchdowns. Also had a rushing touchdown in the Pirates' 37-14 win over Verdigris.
Deontei Braggs (Spiro) - Senior quarterback completed 16 of 20 passes for 199 yards and two touchdowns. Also rushed seven times for 41 yards and two touchdowns in the Bulldogs' 33-31 win over Roland.
Cash Novotny (Anadarko) - Junior quarterback passed for 193 yards and rushed for 109 more while scoring two touchdowns and five two-point conversations in the Warriors' 44-8 win over Lexington.
A.J. Davis (Anadarko) - Junior tailback/linebacker rushed eight times for 71 yards and a touchdown. On defense, he hauled in an interception and returned it for a touchdown.
Nate Bryant (Stigler) - Senior quarterback was 8 of 12 passing for 110 yards and three touchdowns. Also rushed 10 times for 90 yards and one touchdown. On defense, he had 10 tackles in Stigler's 28-0 win over Hartshorne.
Blake Gonzalez (Colcord) - Junior running back rushed 17 times for 232 yards and three touchdowns in the Hornets' 38-20 win over Kansas.
Austin Hines (Adair) - Senior quarterback completed 12 of 21 passes for 242 yards and three touchdowns in the Warriors' 46-10 win over Commerce.
Kade Dillard (Fairview) - Senior quarterback passed for 209 yards and five touchdowns. Also rushed for 100 yards on 15 carries in Fairview's 35-28 win over Chisholm.
Kale Carner (Dewey) - Junior running back had 183 yards and two touchdowns in the Bulldoggers' 35-7 win over Nowata.
Tommy Smith (Gore) - Senior running back had 151 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in the Pirates' 37-6 win over Heavener.
Collin Seaton (Stroud) - Senior running back finished with 206 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries in the Tigers' 58-30 win over Okemah.
Bodhi Vann (Vian) - Senior running back finished with 166 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries in the Wolverines' 44-6 win over Eufaula.
River Simon (Vian) - Senior linebacker had 13 tackles, a 31-yard fumble return for a touchdown and three sacks in the Wolverines' 44-6 win over Eufaula.
Joe Cole (Barnsdall) - Junior quarterback completed 7 of 11 passes for 338 yards and six touchdowns. Added five carries for 35 yards. On defense, he finished with 10 tackles in Barnsdall's 47-18 win over Afton.
Jacob Bruce (Hulbert) - Senior running back finished with 271 yards and four touchdowns on 20 carries in the Riders' 52-6 win over Drumright.
Ryker Hughes (Morrison) - Senior running back had 174 yards and four touchdowns on 22 carries in Morrison's 43-12 win over Crescent.
Kaleb Fellers (Oklahoma Christian Academy) - Senior quarterback completed 21 of 29 passes for 433 yards and seven touchdowns in OCA's 54-15 win over Crooked Oak.
