Will Lambley (Rejoice Christian) - Junior nose guard who is legally blind had one solo tackle and had a 1-yard rushing touchdown in the Eagles’ 77-13 victory over Quapaw in District A-6 play.
Nasir Kemper (Lawton Mac) - Junior running back/defensive back registered 12 carries for 62 yards and two touchdowns, plus 2 receptions for 22 yards and a touchdown on offense. On defense, Kemper had nine tackles, one interception, and one fumble recovery for a 90-yard touchdown in the Highlanders’ 34-21 victory over Altus in District 5A-1 action.
Bryce Edwards (Sallisaw Central) - Senior tailback carried the ball 16 times for 207 yards and three touchdowns, and he also hauled in a 72-yard TD reception. On defense, he collected an interception and returned it 40 yards for a touchdown, and he also logged 10 tackles for the for the Tigers in a 65-32 win over Talihina in District A-8 compeition.
Phillip Smitherman (Heritage Hall) - Senior wide receiver hauled in 11 catches for a school-record 271 yards and three touchdowns, including a 95-yard TD reception which became his second school record in one game. On defense, the Harvard commit had 12 tackles and one interception in the Chargers’ 59-0 win over Bridge Creek.
Atrel Bryson (Clinton) - Junior running back torched Elk City for 235 yards and five touchdowns on only seven carries in the Red Tornadoes’ 49-13 victory in District 4A-1 action.
Stephen Collins (Bishop Kelley) - Senior quarterback completed 15 of 25 passes for 290 yards and one touchdown, and he also had eight carries for 107 yards and a touchdown. On defense, Collins notched a 39-yard interception return for a touchdown in the Comets’ 40-12 win over Glenpool in District 5A-3 play.
Dae Dae Leathers (Tahlequah) - In a critical District 5A-4 contest, the senior ball carrier had 22 carries for 209 yards and three touchdowns in the Tigers’ 58-13 blowout victory over Pryor.
